US domestic shipping
Our shipping is a flat rate of $9.85 per order. Processing takes 1-3 business days once an order is placed. Orders are sent through USPS priority, typically taking 1-3 business days to arrive. Shipping time depends on how far you are located from us. Orders are shipped out of Houston, Texas. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after the order is placed.
Please double check shipping address is entered correctly. If the address is entered incorrectly and we have to reship the item you will be charged the shipping fee again.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If this happens please file a claim with USPS.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your Hampton & KAE order. However we understand an item may need to be returned sometimes. Online purchases are eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All items returned must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Contact us at hamptonandkae@gmail.com for the return process.
We do not do exchanges.
